300 g

Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce

3 tbs

cilantro, leaves only, chopped

50 g

cayenne pepper

1 tbs

lime juice

2 tbs

olive oil

20 ml

salt

2 tsp

Directions

  1. In a bowl, create a marinade by combining Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce, honey, lime juice, cilantro, cayenne pepper and salt.

  2. Marinate lamb chops with spiced honey mixture and add olive oil. Let lamb chops soak overnight, or for 2 hours at minimum.

  3. Over medium heat, grill each side of lamb chops for 5 to 7 minutes to get a nice crust.

  4. Set lamb chops aside and cover with foil. Let rest for about 10 minutes.

  5. Serve with warm rice. Add a tomato salsa, or a mix soy sauce and calamansi extract as a dipping sauce.
